TOUR PRICES INCLUDE:

1. Air transportation: round-trip ticket on economy class, with departure from Chicago. We also offer our services in booking national airline tickets in the US.
2. Hotels: Costs are based on two people sharing a room with twin-beds. For persons requiring a single room, the supplemental cost is $370. Requirements for a single room should be indicated when making reservations, and payment of single supplement shall be made at the time of reservations.
3. Meals: three meals are included.
4. Sightseeing: Tours as indicated in itinerary, however, if circumstances dictate (like weather, time, safety, political factors or others), alternative programs will be arranged.
5. Entrance fees: entrance fees to places listed in the itinerary.

TOUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

1. Personal expenses such as; phone bills, laundry, alcoholic beverages, special drinks at meals, bottled water,
mail, insurance, visa fee, excessive weight of luggage.
2. Additional activities or programs not listed as part of the itinerary.
3. Tips for national/local tour guides and drivers.
4. Costs incurred due to circumstances beyond the control of Non-Stop Creativity Corporation or the tour company such as; weather delays or cancellations, strikes, blocked or delayed transportation. These costs shall be shared by all of the tour group members

RESERVATIONS:

1. A deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking; the balance of payment is due 45 days prior to departure. In the case that the balance of payment is not made within the above-required period of time, Non-Stop Creativity reserves the right to cancel reservations and charge a service fee for cancellation.

2. Cancellation Policy
Written notice is required 45 days prior to departure for any cancellation. The cancellation fee will be as follows:
31-44 days prior to departure, $100 per person;
15-30 days prior to departure, $200 per person.
8-14 days prior to departure, 15%of total price.
7 days prior to departure or withdrawal during the tour shall be regarded as willingly give-up of all rights concerned, 100% of total price.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. The tour itinerary indicated has been specially designed by Non-Stop Creativity. Non-Stop Creativity Corporation will make its best efforts to complete the itinerary. Within China all of the travel arrangements including food, lodging, sightseeing, and transportation (coach, train, ships and flight) will be arranged and accordingly finalized by a local tour company; Non-Stop Creativity will not be responsible for any changes that may arise.

2. All the airlines, coach companies and hotels have their respective regulations for travel safety, and those companies wiII be responsible for customers directly. Should a delay in transportation (loss or damage of luggage, unforeseen accidents or the like arise), it will be solved in accordance with the rules and regulations of the relevant company. Non-Stop Creativity will not be responsible in such occurrence.

3. For the interests of the tour group and all its participants, the tour leader as the representative of Non-Stop Creativity reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the tour of any person who has hindered the activities and benefits of the tour group. ?Portions of the tour of the person(s) involved shall be calculated and refunded when they arrive back in the United States. Once the person(s) leave the tour group, Non-Stop Creativity will not be held responsible for their conduct.
4. A tour group is considered to be complete and can move with a minimum of fifteen people: In the event a group does not make, Non-Stop Creativity will notify all participants and change of departure date or refund tour fee with no interest 14 days prior to departure. Only the visa fee will not be refunded.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

1. Tour prices are subject to change. Non-Stop Creativity reserves the right to adjust the listed price prior to departure for any reason such as, increased costs or change in the value of foreign currency, however, Non-Stop Creativity Corporation will not adjust prices once the tour has been confirmed and all of the tour fees have been paid.

2. Normal arrangements are for two people to share a room with twin beds in hotels. ?A single room supplemental room fee will be charged should a late booking be made and a shared room cannot be arranged.

3. All participants must carry a valid passport, visa or other travel documents. Non-Stop Creativity will not be responsible in case an entry cannot be allowed for personal reasons by the immigration or custom service; all tour fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Airline regulations entitle each Trans-Pacific economy passenger to two check-in suitcases and one carry-on bag that will fit beneath the seat. Dimensions vary from carrier to carrier. Please check directly with the appropriate carrier for your journey. We recommend that each passenger travel with only one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Baggage allowance in China is restricted to one piece only and not to exceed 44 lb. Excessive number, size, or weight of luggage may result in your inconvenience and/or a surcharge.

5．Passport / Visa: All customers’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return day of the trip. China visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, and good for a stay up to 30 days in China. $80 is the fee for obtaining an individual single entry China visa through Non-Stop Creativity. This visa fee is non-refundable for any reason and is subject to change. Non-Stop Creativity is not responsible when you are denied entrance to China for any reason, even if you have a valid passport and visa.
6. Change Fee: After your reservation confirmed, US$50 will be charged for each of the subsequent changes. Once documents / tickets have been issued, no change is permitted.

7. Charges for Children: For children 11 years and under, if they share room with two adults and not ask for extra bed, they will be charged 75% of a regular adult price; if they need an extra bed in the same room with two adults, the cost will be 90% of the regular adult price. Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.

8. Health: To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, Non-Stop Creativity recommends that travelers be in good health. Please consult with your physician regarding to your wellness and ability to travel long distances. Any physical or mental disability which requires special treatment or attention must be noted at the time of reservation.

9．Shopping: To meet your shopping needs, certain shopping stops during the tour have been arranged by the local handling agency. Although Non-Stop Creativity tour director is happy to assist you with any shopping requirements, we do not take any responsibility for any items purchased at shops on tour. Any after sales correspondence must be between the customer and the shops.

INSURANCE:

Non-Stop Creativity has bought liability insurance in China for all passengers.
